if its an offroad x or h pipe then its catless FYI. but really...they have restrictions for a reason...i say go for high flow cats and keep it legal.

what i reccomend for exhaust (in order of distance from the engine)</P>

1. long tube headers...if not that, go for somethinglike midlength equals</P>

2. x pipe (or h if you want a muscular sound) with high flow cats...but you can do offroad if you dont mind fighting (or avoiding) the law.</P>

3. whatever catback suits your fancy. ask around. most say magnaflow. i say keep it unique with something cool like side exit, SLP, anything that not everyone has...uniqueness is a luxury thing with stangs, the right catback can do it.</P>

but im a kid...dont take me fully seriously. i may be right, but ask someone who actually has a stang.</P><edited><editID>Jugador</editID><editDate>37908.8257523148</editDate></edited>

you need to research whati actually am talking about. headers...replacement for the exhaust manifold...bolts right to the engine. x/h pipe...next thing in line...has the cats (i assume you know what those do) on it. can be gotten without cats but thats illegal. then theres the catback. its anything after the x/h pipe. the cats are not on the catback. it has the muffler and the part that goes over the rear axle and the exhaust tips.
