My dear hubby took our '99 vert through the automatic car wash *grrrr* and the hood decal was ruined. I removed all of it, but I can't find the correct decal to put back on. Ordered one for a '99 Anniversary Edition, and it's wrong. Anyone know where I could find the correct hood decal for the Limited Edition? Thanks!

Thanks Crazhorse, but the Limited Edition has a different shaped hood. I've been to dozens of Mustang vendor websites, and none differentiate between the regular 35th Anniversary and the Limited Edition (of which less than 5,000 were made). I think I'll have to go back to Ford and see if I can order it there.

Thanks Julie, but still not there. I called Ford, and they're having trouble finding it also. This is very frustrating *grrr* Maybe I should be looking for a 2000 decal, since the 99 Limited Edition was really the teaser for the 2000.

 

or just leave it, it'll look better without the decal anyways. just buy a scoop and then be happy ...
