Took my car for a detail and 9 hours later when I went to pick up my car it was covered with dust, swirl marks, and the wax was not even. When I complained the guy was super offended and then told me That if a ran hot water over it it would even out the wax and look great. He also said he normally does but he ran out of time. They ended up not charging me anything and so I took it home and ran hot water over it and I got great results.

From now on I'll keep waxing it myself.
