Of course. You could even wet sand and buff it out to try to hide it even better. If its a small scratch I would try some rubbing compound then buff it out before I went to the paint pens.

I dont recommend touching up when it comes to the hood and bumper etc. Especially when its small knicks. I'd only do touch ups on noticble things because i have found from experience that the paint doesnt match perfectly unless you have a dark colored car, black etc... I also dont recommend wet sanding because if you dont know what your doing you can make the scratches even worse, if you sand it too and take off all the clear coat... To get the best results take it to an autobody shop and have them do something to it. it might cost you a little bit but itll be worth it because they know what their doing...

I disagree...i had some cracks on my front bumper (body kit). I bought the paint from paintscratch.com and did it all myself (sanded, by hand, primer'd, paint, clearcoat). I have a metallic green car, so its not a dark color AT ALL..came out perfect. Looks like an autoshop did it, and i payed under 80 bucks for everythign shipped! autobody quoted me at 380.
