Easiest colors to keep clean
go with a dark silver thats what mine is and it looks great when cleaned and will stay that way for a bit after a little dirt build up it starts to show but can still look good and it hides scratches
Tungsten Grey shows little to no dust. If I squat down and peruse the hood or top, I can see a fine layer - but that is what the California Duster is for, and the quick detailer. I had no intention of getting this color on my '07, but I am very happy I did. I don't see other Tungsten Greys much, so it is not a common occurrence.

As much as I hate to admit it I had to learn the hard way. Black looks great when it's clean but I wish I had chosen a different color now despite all the looks and comments my car seems to get. Black looks badass but damnit I'm kinda getting tired of the upkeep and seeing every little scratch and scuff in the sunshine.
I doubt I'll be able to get what I'm asking but I want to sell my car and get a different color. Vapor silver metallic or mineral gray would be my first choices. White as my second.

I feel the same way, wish I could go back in time or something. You're just torturing yourself with this thread, you know.

So my plan is to now deal with this black beast I have. Get a porter cable tool next year and learn how to use it myself. It's the only way to go. My local detailers all want to wet sand the car which is a bad idea so I'm not comfortable with them fixing the issues it has.
Want a job done right? Do it yourself! Sad but true. God I have some stories man...
