I used various Scratch removers, rubbing compounds, and even Meguiars Scratch-X. Overall Scratch-X did the best, but if they do not come off after doing all that, then you need professional help.

Goodluck!

I had a similar issue with my wifes Camry. It was getting hit twice a day by the neighbors sprinklers(since there is no way a Camry is taking a garage over my Stang). We tried washing it and noticed just how bad the water spots were. The fact thatwe have extremely hard water where I live didn't help the neglect of the Camry. To get them off I used Mother's Rubbing Compound then went over the car with the Meguiars Scratch-X then finished it off with some Liguid Ice Polish. Came out looking nice

i just used OD light polish to get rid of mine. no need to use a billion products for it. a light cutting polish should be all you need.

^^This is true, except after you use your cutting polish you want to put a wax or polish layer over your car. I used the scratch-x because my Camry had some swirl and scratches anyway so I figured I'd try and take care of that before putting a layer on it.

that should be obvious to wax after polishing

if you have hard water problems, try using quick detailer after washing and drying the car. Works well for me when I didn't use the optimum no rinse.
