Asking for opinions on this hood graphic forcar in sig:



I might change the font and feel free to give suggestions.

 

You should do whatever makes you happy but I saw a black fox the other day with this on his hood and it looked sick.

 

Really? Nice, but was it full coloror just white? I custom made that (obviously based off of AIC's logo) becauseI've never seen one in all white. I'm not trying to show off my AI skills though; I'm having trouble picturing it on the hood, which is why I'm asking. Anyone have a birds-eye picof a black 05+? I couldn't find one to test it out.

My other idea was to center that logo around the fuel lid and go with white rally stripes. Too much?

I'd say "no graphics, period!" But RRyder01 said, if you like it, then by all means do it.
By the way, why don't you try and photoshop it on there to get at least an idea on how it would look like?

 

Yeah, that's what I meant by having an aerial shot to work off of. I'll post a pic when I get that done and see if anyone's opinion (including mine) changes.

 

Get a photoshop wiz to put it on and see how it looks once you get the aerial picture.

 

if you think it looks good you should do it, but in my opinion you should leave it alone.

 

If you're going to put words on your car, make sure they're ominous and timeless. Neither of your designs are either of these.

For the design you chose, and the overall tone of the Mustang heritage, if you have to use words, you want them to instill fear (and, if you're lucky, foreboding) in whoever reads them.

The first one just shows everyone you're a fan of Alice in Chains. The second one is something you'd likely hear on a playground. AT LEAST say "nightmare" (but it still sounds childish).

Finding a good quote is really tough, and I can sympathize with that. That's why I would NEVER put a phrase on a car. I'm too fickle (it's the same reason I'd never get a tattoo; I'd just change my mind).

Obviously, do what you want as it's your car. But, if you want to be taken seriously, choose a better phrase.
