How do I clean MF towels?

Oh, and back to the original poster.....I would never dust off my car with a dry or damp mf. I swear by my California Duster for that And before anybody chimes in an says they will scratch your paint....remember its a light duster, not a replacement for a car wash if you car is super dusty or dirty [8D] Been using the Cali on my car for 3+ years (along with the method above) and she is swirl free.

Nothing, that's ideal actually. As hot water as possible (to open up the fibers), a detergent, and air drying is the recommended cleaning procedure. Not fabric softeners though.

It's counterintuitive, yes. With most fabrics, hot water does shrink the fibers, but microfibers are different, read up on washing them and you'll see nearly all sources say to use hot water as it causes the microfibers to swell, thus releasing the trapped dirt.
