Default Dash kits

Anyone ever install an aftermarket dash kit? Was it real difficult or should I call my body shop guy? I saw a nice kit at American Truck n Auto Accessories - they have a huge assortment of colors and prices were reasonable. I hate the boring interior of my 04 Gt convertible. It's black and I was think of going with black burlwood or aluminum. The dark blue carbon fiber was nice, too, as my car is sonic blue.

Thoughts anyone?

I just installed one today. Take your time and try to get one that does not require any solution to put on to adhere. Prep solution leaves little or no room for error where the type that just uses 3m adhesive lets you move them if not placed correctly on the 1st try.
