Default paint chip

An old lady opened her car door into mine and took a paint chip out of my passenger side door handle. I filled it in with some touch up paint and some clearcoat but the repair looks rough around the edges (a little overflow) so it's more noticeable than I'd like. What's the easiest way to smooth it out so it's less noticeable? And still shiney? I currently don't have any power equipment, i.e. Porter Cable 7424 or Foose Ball, nor have I used any. I'm not experienced in this area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Langka BLOB ELIMINATOR. I would us it VERY Sparingly, as it took my touch up paint of fairly quickly, and i had to repeat the process to get good results. .....anyway......go to the Langka site, and do some reading.

The Quixx system also, but it would require some wet sanding which is not for the weak hearted...
