Damn it!!
So, I got my 03 mustang GT 6 days ago. I made a point to park it as far away from the rest of the cars at work. I mean were talking way back in the abyss of the parking lot.
It just so happens that one of San Diego's many reckless drivers managed to locate the back of my car with his/her white bumper.

I haven't touched the car yet. Is there a way to rub out this kind of damage? Do I need to get it painted or what?
Thanks.

If it's just paint transfer then you can def get the paint off and hope your paint underneath is okay. Grab an over the counter scratch remover and some decent microfibers and get to work. Don't put pressure on the area you're working on, you'll just mar the snot out of the area and really create a headache. Light pressure and just work it as long as it takes.
If you you can't catch your finger nail on the spot then it's just paint transfered like mentioned,go ahead and use meguiars scratchX with their 4" foam applicator pad by hand and use 10 to 15 lbs pressure and apply about a quarter size product on pad and work the product in the area in back in forth motion you will see the product throw up at the end of where you stop at before you start with your back motion and go up and drag that product throw back down on area and start the back and forth motion again keep doing this method until your product becomes somewhat clear and that means the abrasives has already been worked down so go ahead and wipe off with a mocro-fiber towel and check area. You might have to apply 2 to 3 applications before you see an improvement and remove the other paint from your cars suface.
