Paintless dent removal I think, but it's very expensive. If you have A LOT of rock chips, then you better off just getting the entire part repainted. If you have a few, then you can touch them up.
As far as the dings, if you have so many that it may be so expensive to fix and will never look the same then you may be better off getting a new door panel or hood. Junkyards are a good place to look.

They are mostly just rock chips. The drivers side door looks like the front tire flipped rocks down the side of it.(it was like that when I bought it) And i'm finally wanting to take care of it.
I'll get some pictures tomorrow when I get my camera back from my roommate. Maybe it would be best to get the whole door repainted.

Just try touching them up. If you spend some time on it then it will come out pretty well and it will be a lot cheaper than getting it entirely repainted. I don't know what color your car is but I wrote a little how-to on how I learnt to touch up chips on my black 04 GT.
