I want to get rid of my rear seats for weight, looks and it will be cheaper than reupholstering the worn out ones I have now. I want to use something like a sheet of metal and cut it to fit the hatch floor. Im just not sure what material to use. I need it to not bend if I put pressure on it (tool box or something on it) but also not weigh a lot and be something I can cut myself with simple tools (jigsaw or something). Also if you know of places to by this type of material in Southern CA, that would be a big help. Thanks!
