I'm looking at buying a car and the only problem is the original owner had color changing flames painted on the car. I'm wondering if I could just take it somewhere and have the flames painted over for a decent price rather than repaint the whole car. What would something like that cost?

 

It's possible they may be able to buff it off and re-clear coat the area.... Take it to some shops and get estimates, some shops may only charge 800, some may want 1500+.
