how can i remove the mesh in my hood scoop?

 

in my v6, it is fake honeycomb material and you access it from under the heat shield under the hood and just push it out- dunno about the gt hood scoop.

 

wut v6 has a hood scoop?

 

Wont do you any good because i have some kind of material on the inside of my hood! And there is no outlet form the scoop for me???//

 

if your looking to take the honeycomb piece out of your 01-04 gt scoop, you have to take off the black heat padding under the hood. there is about 8 screws that hold the hood scoop to the hood, unscrew them. then you can lift off the scoop and take out the honeycomb part. what are you going to put in its place, a crome one, nothing....?????
