Default Water - in apartment

So i live in an apartment, and its such a pain in the *** to clean my car.

Right now, i use basic hand held spray bottles, occasionally with a bucket + wash mit, and microfiber cloths, to clean my car. along with meguiars n mothers products. however, i definitely need to step up my detailing. I'm moving up to zaino, and i really need a hose - but finding one in jersey is a pain, especially with its nasty nasty water. the water out of the tap is almost as bad as the rain water.

I've been thinkin about getting some sort of cheap pressure washer with a tank. i've seen a couple on ebay for a reasonable price. basically i'll filter a bunch, or buy some bottled or distilled water or something, fill it up with this, then use that to clean my car, before i apply the zaino.

of corse, i gotta do a bit of "paint repair" with some touch up paint, wet sanding, and rubbing compound first, especially on the front of the hood. (im not really worried completely about this right now, i'll be buying a new hood eventually, i just wanna hide some of the chips)

so my question is, along with zaino and its relayed accessories, and a porter cable polisher, what else do you think i need? should i get a cheap electric pressure washer? or should i just use the good ole cheap bucket + spray bottles?
