Water spots....
Polish as mentioned about will remove most waterspots. Another option is vinegar and water diluted 50:50, this helps break up the mineral deposits.
Some waterspots that are really bad can etch into the paint and the only way to remove these are to wetsand. You only want to wetsand as your last resort. Tryout the polishing or vinegar method first.

haha ya guess I should have been more specific, what Brands have you had the best results with. I usually use Mothers because theres not much to choose from unless I order online. But I have some pretty hard water spots, on both the paint and glass. Ive tried some polishes and stuff on the glass but nothing seems to cut it.
You always want to start with the least aggressive method first and then work your way up. I would try a polish like Meguiars 205 first and if that doesn't work bump up to the Megs M105. Both are excellent products.
I always polish glass the same way I do on paint, sometimes it takes longer to polish out imperfections on glass though.
I've used a clay bar, I think I just need to sit down with about 2-4 of the clay bar kits lol. To 01GTturbo they are pretty permanent water spots, Although I think if I went through enough clay bars it would work pretty well. I've tried turtle waxs liquid clay bar and It didnt seem to work as well as the mothers. I'm just going to have to get some heavier polish and clay bars and spend some days detailing and see how it goes. Any good recomondations for a polish for the glass? I've tried some kind of rain-x polish but I think it may have just been no good due to heat/freezing and just old.
