Default Paint Over spray?

As I mentioned in another thread, I just bought a Porter Cable 7424 with Orange, Green, Blue and Red foam pads. I'm getting ready to order a purple foam pad.

I have a 2001 Conversion Van that I had the top repainted a few years ago. The idiots that did got over spray on the hood. I can still take it back for them to fix, but thought I would try to do it myself. Which pad would you guys recommend? I planned on using a polishing compound with it.

I would claybar the van first, that should remove the overspray without a problem. Then go to your polishing after you clay.

I think I will take it back. The claim their work is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle.

+1, to take it back why kill yourself over something they will fix? Work smarter not harder!
