Anyone else try Safe Cut?
My bodyshop lad swears by Safe Cut. It's a swirl and haze remover. He says to apply it with long strokes going the length of the car, instead of in circular motions as per the directions. It refines and smooths the surface. So, I had to pick up a bottle. I applied a coat a couple weeks ago. Afterwards, a fellow with a '77 vette with a beautiful custom paint job in a parking lot and I had a nice long conversation...he kept commenting on the depth of the paint. His son has an 05 V6 too, but said it's reflection isn't nearly as deep. Today I did another coat of Safe Cut and then a coat of NXT Tech Wax. I've been using just the NXT since I got the car in January. I must say, there's definetly a more mirror like surface with the Safe Cut. Good stuff.
Wish I had a better digital camera... just lousy camera phone pics. I'd buy one, but well... a CAI is next on the list
