Default Paint overspray on my car

I took my little girls out for ice cream on Friday. There is a sign paint shop next door to the ice cream shop. When I came out of the ice cream shop, there was a big cloud of paint spray covering the whole parking lot. I don't know why I didn't think anything of it, but now my paint feels like a piece of 1000 grit sand paper. One, how do I get this shiz off of my car. Two, should I get the paint shop to pay for this crap?

Use a Clay Bar, It will remove over spray without damaging the clearcoat
I Like Zano but I have use Mothers california gold clay bar kit and it works
great. you can get the mothers at any auto patd store

The exclusive Paint Saving System will remove tree sap, airborne deposits, grains of metal, and paint over spray.

I would go back there and tell them you want your whole car re-painted
