Default Refreshing paint and some other stuff.

The clear coat has stripped off the top and is flaking everywhere else. How can I remove the rest of the good and bad clear coat? I want to try and renew the paint underneath.

The driver side fender was replaced and primered. along with the fender for some reason they also primered the other fender, hood and front end area over the stock color. What is the best way to remove the primer to get to my stock paint?

Thanks for the help!

it doesnt work that way. the only way you are going to get back to the stock color is to repaint the whole car. the only way to really remove primer is to sand it off, which they probably did to your paint that was originally under the primer. and as far as the clear coat goes, you could try and wet sand off the flaky parts, but its never going to look very good.
