Default tire shine?

I love the glossy look of tire shine, but I have a white car and the tire shine products get flung onto the rear fenders and just looks like garbage any idea on a product that will remedy this problem?

your using too much, i use meg's shine gel put it on let it sit for a few mins then wipe the tires with a rag or another dry sponge to get the excess off

Do you have problems of it getting on your side mirrors? I have that problem along with yours.

You have to let it settle in and not go overboard with it. I'd say either do it after the tire has dried or as someone else said, use a rag to wipe down the access.

I use Meguires and an applicator sponge and have no problems, as said already wipe off excess with a rag and you should be fine.

I read that water based solutions instead of oil based, which most are, is better and will get rid of those problems.
