paint fix (66 coupe)

Here's the paint codes. I believe my car is Ivy Green Metalic but the sample on the website looks a lot darker than my car. Now what!!!!
Also do i need clear coat? And rustoleum has a self etching primer and a sandable primer. Do i buy both, use the self etching first and the sandable for subsequent coats?
