Fixing a few spots
Alright guys, I am planning to participate in a car show soon and I'm looking for some advise on how to fix a few problem areas on my car before the show. Also, I'm looking to get a chin spoiler painted and part of it will be flat black, is there any certain way I should go about detailing it or using certain products to keep it looking right?
On to pictures of the issues..

I took the spoiler off and there looks to be a ring of dirt left from where the spoiler sat. What is the process to clean it off? I haven't done anything more than a normal wash.

This one is hard to see because the car is dirty but there are a series of small scratches in the paint. I'm not sure if they reach past the clear, they definitely don't reach the metal but I'm not sure if I can fix them without touch up paint. Which I don't want to use..
Any help here?
Edit: Oh, also, there are a few spots from over spray on the roof.. Is buffing the only way to get rid of that?

For the overspray and the rings on your trunk, your first step should be an afternoon with a clay bar. There's a good chance that'll take care of both of those issues.
I can be of no help with the scratches, I would try a buffer but I don't know if that will do it.

I am working by hand but if I need to get a polisher for a relatively decent price then I can.
I wouldn't recommend using clay on those spots since you'll be dragging dirt into the paint. Give me a call here at 1-877-253-8425 and I'll give you a rundown on what a basic polisher setup will run you and what options you may want to consider.

Looks like it. Never seen spam on here before.
But Matt, I checked out y'all's site earlier and it looks like even the cheapest buffer and everything I will need is out of my budget right now with me throwing money at painting my hood and chin spoiler right now. I'll be pretty much broke again. Lol. But I will definitely keep y'all in mind as I save up for sure.
It also doesn't look like I will be able to get these spots fixed in time because I don't have the money.. Oh well.. I guess I'll just suck it up. It's too late to back out of the show now.
