headlight / tail light upgrade

I'm a newbie to car modifying. My car is a dark green '98 GT coupe. I'm looking into upgrading my stock headlights and tail lights with euro-clear ones. The thing I'm not sure about is exactly -what- I need to buy, and -how- I'll get it installed... If the installation is easy, I'll do it myself, but I'd rather let a professional do it.
Someone I spoke with recommended I go to a pro shop to get them installed. I'm sure I can find one nearby.
As for the headlights, would something like THIS work for me?:

It seems like that product covers all the bases. it comes with the 2 lights, bulbs, and it says it comes with the corners as well.
Then, for the tail lights, would this work?:

I guess I can just use my current bulbs for these.
Am I headed in the right direction by buying these on eBay? Are these aftermarket ones high quality? Are those projector headlights good? Are they -too- bright? I don't want headlights that will blind the oncoming traffic. I just want brighter and nicer looking ones. Anyway, I'll appreciate any advice.

Thanks a lot!!

its acually pretty easy, you can get a haynes manual at any auto store and they have full instructions, but i would suggest sticking with your stock taillights and just going with sequencial turn signals.
$50 for tail lights? That sounds a little too good to be true to me. Usually, I dislike euro tail lights, but those would look pretty good on your car.
I'm getting these brake lights (including the clear 3rd brake light).
Here are my headlights. I got them from mustangtuning.com.
Anyways... if you're going to buy on eBay, make sure to go through the seller's feedback carefully so you don't get ripped off.
