Deep dish dont fit 99+ cobra?

Default Deep dish dont fit 99+ cobra?
I was just looking on mustangtuing and it says none of the deep dish's withh fit a 99+ cobra

Is this becasue of the IRS?

Yeah its cuz the IRS, if you want aftermarket wheels you have to get spacers... my friend has a 99 and thats what he had to do...
