After getting the proper primer, cleaning my cover with lacquer thinner, and getting it back to bare plastic, I started over. MUCH happier with the results! I really like how brushing the silver on the letters and rails pops!

It's not perfect, but it'll do.

1 primer wasn't dry enough
2 paint was put on too thick

first coat should be dusted on...........direct from journeyman body man

PS. Finished product looks great, didn't realize that you had already finished it before I wrote the above
