Default winsheild decals

You guys know the decals that say mustang on them that go on the top of the windsheild. Do you have to do anything to them before applying..because i thought that you just had to peel them then apply but i started peeling a little bit and the letters didn't go to the cleer part so can you guys tell me how to do this. Also can you put these on and have tinted windows still?

smooth it down with a credit card or something like that... it will be hard to stick if its cold outside... if you heat it up it should help it stick better, then you can just peel off the clear...

are you talking about the cheap ones? like with a clear part? if so just get one made at the vinyl shop. yes it will still work with tint considering it goes outside of the windshield...
