My car did a 360, in the rain, and I was accelerating a little. The first thing I did was purchased 4 new pirelli's, and took it to the dealer to have them check it out. They told me my right shock was leaking and might have been the shocks as well as poor tire tread. They said shocks were not in need o replacement yet.

Now the car has a floating feeling on the interstate and it feels like back end is not as tight, feels like its not going to come out of turn. Floating feeling is all the time. I asked them at dealer to check sway bars and suspension, they did do a front end alignment-but maybe I should do a rear alignment??

 

Change the shocks, nothing more important than tires brakes and shocks. Safety is key! Good Luck

I have the same floating issue. put new BFG T/As on it and I have a perfect alignment. Same problem at 80mph with 2010 Premium convertible V6
