351 Windsor into 96 Mustang?

351 Windsor into 96 Mustang?
I'm debating if I should buy a 351 Windsor, the problem is will the 351w engine fit into a 96 mustang. I've done some research, but not much help. I've read that 95 mustang engine mounts will go into a 96 mustang and the engine would be a drop and swap. Is this all true? If so what other problems will I face, and an estimate on the cash side.
