signature picture posting problem

signature picture posting problem

I've followed the step-by-step for posting a picture in the signature and all I get is as you can see is the link in my posting, not the actual picture - anyone know why? Thx

fixed, the "i" in "image" was a capital when it has to be lower case.... small details are a PITA.
