How come we cant post pictures in the general picture gallery i jus wanted to kno if i was doin sumthing wrong or it jus isnt working (i have pics in the members gallery)

i understand that the member gallery is only for members and i have an album in there but wat about the general gallery it has no pictures in it wats the deal with that and i think we should have a gallery jus for sum fun random pics of stuff, one where we can post pics of stuff besides our cars like vacations, parties, or jus sumthin we want other viewers to see
