help with picture sig please

Can someone tell me why my photo isn't working for my sig? I've read and re-read the post on how to do this and it looks right to me.

is it within the size requirement/limitation???? you may have to resize it???

Yes, as I understand it, the max is 500x 250 and the size is set at 320x213.

it may still not work b/c when i do photobucket sigs it looks like this
