All you have to do with IE anyway is let your cursor drift across it. It's right there waiting for you after you use the cursor to scroll to the top of the page and it's pretty hard to miss tripping it (obviously that's why it was set up this way).

I could live with it if it didn't wrap over the post content, or if it could be disabled like the vibrant advertising can be, even if the wrapping needed to be disabled on a once-per-session basis.
