How long does a member have to be a member before he can post up a signature picture? I need someone to grant him permission.

you might either have to be a member for a month or have at least 20 posts or so before the permissions are allowed... i know in the chop shop, we have a 20 post minimum before anyone can request sigs, so i'd guess that post count number would be one of the guidelines

Saddleup- just have the member post 50 posts and it takes a mere 30 days before he has full privileges...hope it helps and anyone from ADMIN has the "POWER" to change/grant permissions!
