I thought I was losing my mind, I spent 20 minutes looking at my signature control and could not find this view. Then I happend to notice that the site has a "no" in the upload photo to signature box.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon.
Thanks for the info, it will help when they fix it.

I think there might be a time limit you have to be active for to have a sig. pic.....maybe in the rules.

That stuff's limited to 50 posts and < 2 weeks I think of membership. Both of which he's way over.

It's not broken man. It shows as "allow upload of signature" as "no" because they don't wish to waste database space on people's signature pictures. That will not likely ever change. I was actually surprised that they allowed upload of any pictures, even for avatars, locally to their database. Even so, uploading locally except for an avatar picture is nearly useless for most pictures as the size and dimension limitation is quite low.

You need to upload to imageshack.us or the like, grab the forum code, and paste into the signature area in your control panel(minus the part that usually says "uploaded to blahblah").

You'll want to keep the dimensions reasonable as well...

Paint.net for windows should be fine for editing should you need to. I tried to squish mine down as much as I could with it still being readable, as such I'm over the pixel width but only by a few pixels, and tried to compress down the text with the smallest readable font to compensate.

the best way to upload sigs is: 1st have a photo hosting account (photobucket, imageshack, etc), then upload to here using the BB image code (with no spaces): [img] link to file [/img]

when you upload here, go to your user control panel (user cp), then select 'edit signature' in the list to your left. then insert the BB code, save, and you should be good to go.

max pixel size is 500 wide by 250 tall
