need help setting timing...where is the plug to pull??

hey yall i got that timing set today. i set it to 15 degrees. i didnt get no pinging but it runs like a scaulded dawg now. killed all the missing and even sounds different. i think when a get the vacuum hoses fixed and get the dyno tune ill be movin on. thanks guys. should i maybe turn it up another degree or two since its not pinging? it feels like its giving out in the bottom end range a little. what do you guys think?

aight man, im going to try it tomorow. im just going to barely turn it everytime becauseni dont have a light. it really opened the car up when i finally got it set right. thankx guys.
