Default 91 Mustang help! NEED INFO!!!!!!

I have found a 1991, 5 speed, 2.3L Mustang in decent shape for $800! Is it worth it for my first car...? (Still in Highschool) Also was parts should I buy to help it run better and get more power...

Thanks!

for future reference, you might get better help in the 2.3 specific tech section (which is found here https://mustangforums.com/forumid_1/tt.htm ). being completely honest, it's gonna be extremely slow but it'll get you where you need to go and be easy on the gas. to make a decent amount of power, you'll probably want to consider swapping to a 2.3 turbo motor somewhere down the line (and these pages will help you with that should you decide you want to http://projecthp.ford23.com/turboswap.html http://projecthp.ford23.com/turboswaphowto.html ).

by the way megadeth owns
