Default searching for cold air

Hey all-
I am searching for a cold air kit for my 99 snake. But all the kits I find are like 300$, is this common, or are there cheaper places out there?

I'm not sure what company you want to go with, but you should try checking Ebay.

the ONLY cai I have seen that I would consider buying is the densecharger, its made out of plastic and carbonfiber soo it stays cool unlike those metalic things.... but thats just my opinion. btw does anyone have one of those densechargers or know how they worked out?

So freaking what if it's hot or cold to the touch. Air flows by so fast that it hardly has time to pick up any heat from this *unless say, it's red hot*. It MIGHT pick up 5 degrees by the time it goes from your filter to TB, which won't make a big difference on any car.

The C&L, even though metal, doesn't get that hot even after driving it for 15 minutes or so and that pipe is so thick, no way it'd even make it through the layers to affect the cold air. I think it is ceramic coated. CAI isn't worth the money, IMO
