Tint on your front window (minus a strip at the top) is illegal in ANY state, and you're just asking to be pulled over with it, if you can even find a shop that will install full tint on the front.
I would just do a 6" strip at the top in 5% tint.
My stang (photo album icon on the left) had very minor tint put on by the last owner. I'd say 75-60%? It's not very dark at all, it just gives a silver reflection from the outside. There's a tint strip at the top of my front window that is about 40%, it goes down 4" from the top, it's not really noticable.

ive got a strip on the front...15%...down to about the rear view mirror...looks pretty good...you can kinda see it in this pic...

Yeah i was looking to put the Steeda Logo accross the front and 5% all around, u guys think that will somewhat match the paint, and the rims. right now it looks sick with the billet rims but i think this is the final thing needed to look sweet, since im not into the whole ground effectrs deal or anyting else that dosnt make it go faster.

yea...i have gotten a ticket for my window tint. $75.50 i believe it was. but most cops dont usually care...it was just a crappy university campus cop. he pulled me over specifically for the tint...i wasnt doing anything else. but i didnt get it retinted lighter...cuz i absolutely love the way it looks. tint can really wake up a car IMO...styling wise at least.
