a GT with 4.10's? nice hard acceleration thats what youll get. 4.10s can shave off like .3-.5 secs off your 1/4 time, which is really good.

I bought my 04 GT in July of 04. They had 12 Mustangs on the lot. Only two of them were GTs, and one of those was an automatic. Most of the V6s were too. They only had one used GT on the used car lot. They were originally trying to screw me pretty bad on the GT, so I actually looked a the V6 convertible. I figured that if I had to get a V6, then I would at least get the vert. Well, I looked into it, and had to have the V8. The sticker between the V6 and the v8 was about $9K(not the vert obviously). I was looking for a car priced 24-27K, cause I was looking to trade in my exs SUV. When the salesman and I were talking to the sales manager and getting the price down, I remember him saying that he just wouldn't feel right letting me leave in a V6.

I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. After a lengthy process, they hit the monthly payment I wanted within $5-6. I never said what I was looking to spend though. I have owned seven other cars, and this is my fourth new car. After a few months, I had always wanted something a little different. I had always said that I wish I would have done this or that. I have never, and will never, say that with my 04 GT. I love this car. Hell, if you want something different after a little while...mod it. I really looked at a lot of cars before I bought his one. I couldn't find anything that dollar for dollar even comes close.

If money is an object, then get the V6. It'll still be better than an Eclipse or Civic.
