Ok so I have been looking for a new/used car recently. I am looking at 00-01 GTs as well as LS1 camaros and BMW 328is. I definatley like the look and interior of the mustang better. And yes the camaro has more power, yadda yadda. I'm not a big drag racer, but I autocross and do track events regularly so I need a car that handles well. One thing that I have noticed is that the mustang steering is quite loose. My car now has a great tight steering feel, the camaro I drove had similar. Is there anything to help the mustang's steering? Would swaybars help? I realize that whatever I get will need new suspension, are there any other road racers on here? Another issue is that to fit my price requirement I may be looking at a car with around 80K miles. I plan on daily driving/autocrossing regularly...how is relaibility?
