Default Electric choke

Quick question: Is there anyway to adjust the electric choke on my carburetor? The sensor is attached to the intake and it seems to take forever to warm up. Just curious. Thanks!

Junk that and go with a manual choke kit. My dad used to have trouble with his on his when he had an 85 GT. He finally got sick of it and went with the manual and it worked a lot better.

Ive got a 1406 edelbrock and it starts right up and cold idles at 650rpm and at warm it idles at 550rpm with no stumble or stalling.

I suggest you look on the side of the choke housing theres either two or 3 depending on the carb screws holding it on loosen these up and you can then rotate the choke housing and adjust your check. There should be markins on it indication rich or lean. after you get it set tighten them screws up and youre set to go.

It may take a few mornings of you adjusting it to get it just right but its worth the 2-3 minutes it takes to do this.My carb is so perfectly tuned i can go out with it beingcolder than a witches tit and fire it up and it runs and idles as smooth as efi.

thats the dif with cab vs EFI, carbs will let you know when they are going to die, EFI just goes dead,
