Default Tire Choice

I'm getting tires tomorrow for my new Cobra R's. The wheels are 17x9 in the front and 17x10.5 in the back. I've searched around and found Firestone and Pirelli to be the cheapest. Which of those should I go for? Or should I listen to my dad and go for traditional Goodyear? Any recomendations would be awesome.

Dont pay for goodyears. They are wayyyy to overpriced. I dont guess you have alot of traction problems do you?? Just get whatever is cheaper and whats gonna last. They test that kinda stuff. Good luck

On my wheels (same size dimensions as yours) I have Pirrelli P Zero Nero 275/35/17s on the front (17X9) and Nitto 555r drag radials 315/40/17 (rears). I couldn't be happier with my choice of wheels and tires. The Pirrelli tires have great grip and life for the turns and the nittos are awesome on the street and last a good amount of time for drag radials.
