1. Why do they say on these exhausts...Off road use only...what are they tallking about?

2. I can't find bumper extensions and such to put a 89 GT kit on a 89 LX "vert"

It has no catalytic converters.

Black top, I think a white top would be a PITA to keep clean and looking nice.

 

i think the 8 psi range is about 75-100 horsepower gain, correct if wrong

 

Sounds about right. 2k used or new? I like red with black top. Why would you need bumper extensions?
