No, a small block bellhousing will not bolt to a bigblock. I wouldn't use a T-5 behind a 460 anyways, it will be trashed in short order. You will need a new oil pan, headers and motor mounts to put the 460 in your car that is an easy $1000 if you find good deals and you haven't begun to address the cooling, fuel and suspension. There is nothing cheap about a big block swap for a late model Mustang. I have done it, there is a good bit of work involved and lots of things that will nickel and dime you.

Yes a 351W will bolt to your T-5 bellhousing. But, I wouldn't expect the trans to last long. A basically stock 302 with a few bolt-ons can break a T-5 the extra torque from a 351 will make it that much easier.
You will still need new headers and a 351W oil pan for a fox chassis, you are looking at $400 for those items if you buy a stock type pan and shorty headers. You might be able to get away with your stock mounts, but you could run into clearance issues with the intake and hood. Also, remember your current intake won't fit a 351, so you will need a new intake, unless the motor comes with one that will work for you (which is doubtful). With any motor swap little things are going to nickle and dime you. There is no such thing as a cheap motor swap (unless you can fabricate everything that's needed).
Edit: You will need a new distributor also.

im converting to carb, and i have brand new solid motormounts and i just picked up a 4 inch cowl hood from the same guy with the engine, where do i get the oil pan? and the headers, i should be fine with the t5 for now if i dont beat on it to bad right?
it has a distriutor, its out of a 65 ford truck that distributor wont work?

Mac makes a reasonably priced shorty header, Ford sells a swap pan for a reasonable price or I actually have a Moroso 7qt pan I need to sell. That distributor should work as long as you don't put a Victor Jr or Victor intake on it, they require an MSD distributor.
The T5 will work just don't beat on it, I would go ahead and sell it while it still works and put the money towards a TKO 600.
