Default Cheap mods

Hello everyone. I just recently got a 99 gt and I am looking for some cheap bolt or things to tinker with on the car to make it faster. The car already has a ram air intake a maf and flowmasters. I am only 16 so I dont have loads of money after paying $256 a month for the car. Also does anyone know where I could get cheap bolt ons. thanks alot

My recomendation would be to keep going with the exhaust... Get an off road X-pipe and equal length headers, if you want performance go with the long tubes, they're better then shorties. You can get this stuff for not too much money and they can give you a good boost.

Not exactly. In a recent article in 5.0 Mustang, they dynoed several types of headers and the equal length shorties won the test.

You can get under drive pulleys from either steeda or APC (or is it ACP?) for under $200. I also recommend exhaust, I just put on a Magnaflow Performance catback and I love it.

Resize the picture in your signature man...

I've said it before, long tube headers aren't needed for an application under 400hp. Shorties are just fine.
