Okay, total new guy question. Will a turbo from one car work on any car? I can't see why not...

 

Yes it will... the size may be an issue (too small and you will not end up with enough boost and may overspool it, too large and it'll take forever to spool up) otherwise, the biggest problem is the tubing and fabrication necessary.
