Default Stock H removal

Ok im actually about to give up and take it in to a monroe and probably cry while im at it. We tried for an insane amount of time last night to get the stock H pipe off and i have no idea how to get at the bolt on the passenger side without removing the k member. If anyone has any tips on how to do this i need to hear them asap. My car is a 99 35th GT

Dude just keep at it. When i took mine off i used a 3/8 ratchet, long extension and a swivel. If this is what you are using try a 1/2 ratchet because your probably losing alot of force through the swivel so you are going to need all the force you can get.It took me forever too, just dont give up.Beleive me if you had to replace the tranny or clutch you'd be even more pissed because the starter bolt and top tranny bolts are ridiculous.
