I have a 95 GT with 5.0 and T-56 tranny. Engine has 120,000 miles and tranny has about 1,500. I was thinking of an engine rebuild but am also considering swapping the stock motor for one with some more horses. However, I am currently at a standstill as far as which engines I should be considering. I am asking for your advice. It would be used mostly as a weekend warrior. It will never see the drag strip. Any help would be great.
